Shipping & Delivery
Italia Espresso ships merchandise WORLDWIDE. Customs and import duties may be applied to orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Italia Espresso is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Replacements (for US sales only)
If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may return the item to us for either an exchange or full refund (minus the shipping) on regular priced merchandise within 14 days of original purchase. All sale items are final. There are also no refunds or exchanges on consumables & food, which includes coffee or k-cups.
In the event of an item being damaged in transit, please contact us to let us know. We will arrange to have a replacement for you, along with a return shipping label for the damaged item. Photographic evidence may be requested by us if you receive an item that is damaged and wish for an exchange.
